Good news for Jailbroken iPhone iPod and iPad Users. Rock has decided to merge with Cydia , the No.1 Non-Apple App Store for jailbreak apps . Since jailbreak was made legal a month back , both app stores decided to merge for the best interest of the community.
As Apple applied for a patent that will allow it to disable or deactivate features of iDevices (iPhone , iPod , iPad) running on iOS firmware remotely , without the permission of its user , the iPhone Dev Team is working consistently to bring out better apps and services for users who wish to jailbreak their device .
Cydia creator Jay Freeman says :
The primary goal of this new world, then, is to put everyone “back on task”, with a true collaboration rather than this incessant competition.
