A new way to jailbreak iphone 4 is on its way in the Pwn2Own Contest to be held this year on March 9 to 11 2011 at the Sheraton Wall Centre hotel in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia.

According to computer security experts , developers have found a complete new way to jailbreak and unlock the baseband processor used in smart phones , like the one on Apple iPhone and Android Phones , that is used to communicate with cellular towers . According to their findings , developers have found a vulnerability in the chip made by Qualcomm and Infineon which processes radio signals .
This exploit can be injected into the vulnerable mobile device by making the user visit a malicious website containing the code and then hack into the phone memory through the web browser . This is a brand new way of baseband hacking which Iphone Dev Team team has been trying to do for a long time to unlock iPhone’s.
