When iOS 10 was released in September, Apple promised that they would do whatever it took to stop it from being jailbroken. Numerous updates have brought untold numbers of security fixes our way, slowing the jailbreak process right down. The latest release is iOS 10.3 download [ ext link – beta ] , available for developers to download today.

Can We Jailbreak iOS 10.3 ?
At the moment, no. The latest release is only in beta and it is very rare to get a jailbreak utility for a beta version of the iOS, simply because the jailbreak teams are only tipping Apple off to usable vulnerabilities and giving them every chance to patch them with a subsequent update. However, we do have a jailbreak that we can use, two in fact, depending on which iOS version you are currently using. First, we have Yalu, released a little while back by Luca Todesco for iOS 10 to iOS 10.2. All the information you need can be found at the links below, including a full walkthrough on how to jailbreak with Yalu:

The second is PPHelper and, following a recent update, is for anyone who is still on iOS 9.2 though to iOS 9.3.5. This is the perfect solution for those whose devices restricted them from updating or who just didn’t want to go to iOS 10. See below for a link to a full step by step guide:

While iOS 10.3 is still in beta, we will not be able to give you a date for the jailbreak release and, to be fair, we won’t even know where it is coming from until it is released. There is a high chance that it will be an update to PPHelper or to Yalu jailbreak but we do still have hope that Pangu or Taig jailbreak teams will come up with their own utility.
While we wait for news, if you do update to iOS 10.3 beta 1, do tell us what you think of it. Follow us on Facebook, we’ll send you instant jailbreak updates.
