If I switch my sim card from a regular att phone to an iphone will Att know that I switched it to an Iphone?

Also If you don’t have data plan and your are using an Iphone. it will automatically add to your accound.
How can you be correct??
If someone switches SIM card, how in the world can ATT know? There is NO way to communicate that to ATT once ATT sim card has been removed [surely I say ???]
Hi, I just got a new iphone 4 for a family member and it arrived today with 4.0.2 already installed. However, I already have an iphone 4 thats jailbroken and running 4.0.1. any possible way to jailbreak the iphone 4 with 4.0.2 firmware?

No dude , you are lucky , you got your first phone jailbroken .. Wait for the updates , jailbreak is coming soon after the ipod release today …
I know that you can’t jailbreak the 4.0.2 but can you downgrade to an os. I have tried the hosts file edit. But without the prior crack i’m starting to get depressed
Nope , factory installed iOS 4.0.2 cannot be downgraded. wait for sometime , jailbreak is coming soon ..
Jailbreaking iPhone seems a bit complicated for me but it’s worth to try when it’s necessary.

iPhone 4 that comes with iOS 4.0.2 still able to downgrade to iOS 4.0.1 so that jailbreaking is possible? Or is there other alternative way to jailbreak it?
No dude, you need to upgrage it to 4.1 with different method (that explained in this site) for new jailbreak prosedure (greenpois0n). we are also waiting for it. you cant downgrade your iphone 4 if it comes with 4.0.2 from factory….
