VoiceKeys jailbreak tweak can convert voice to text on your iPhone 4 . Available on Cydia , this is the first speech to text or voice recognition app for jailbroken devices .
Using Voice keys is simple. Launch the Notes app and tap on VoiceKeys as shown below . Start dictating and tap on “Recognize” when finished talking . The Speech Recognition engine will now convert your voice to text using Google Speech Recognition . Internet connection is required for the translation to work .
Note : This is the first available beta 1.o release so kind of buggy . Future releases are expected to improve and optimize the translation .Try it when its available for Free on Cydia. Read the instructions below to download and install .

Developer by Ryan Petrich , VoiceKeys can be downloaded for free on Cydia . Available in the BigBoss Repository , type “VoiceKeys” without the quotes in the Search box on Cydia. Tap to download and install . Not compatible on all iOS devices .
There is another app called Dragon Dictation which is available for Free on AppStore . It claims to be five times faster than typing on the keyboard with “Dragon Naturally Speaking” speech recognition engine . Above that Dragon Dictation supports a multitude of global languages .
