How is NCSettings Useful :

To know about NC Settings you must know about SBSettings first . SBSettings allows you direct access to toggles available only on Settings app . So for instance you want to enable bluetooth , normally you have to go to HomeScreen > Settings > General > Bluetooth > On/Off . That is like 5 steps . With SBSettings you have to 1. swipe your finger on the top of the screen to bring up SBSettings menu and 2. tap on the bluetooth icon to enable or disable , just two steps . You also get useful stuff like Flashlight using the iPhone camera flash.
