About TinyUmbrella :
For those who don’t know about this tool , TinyUmbrella saves SHSH Files (which are unique to a device) in the servers of Saurik and one copy locally in the user’s computer . These SHSH files also called SHSH Blobs are required during downgrade process for your iOS device . Say for instance your upgraded to iOS 5.1 and want to revert to iOS 5.0.1 by selecting iOS 5.0.1 firmware on iTunes , it will throw some restore error like 3194 , 2005 etc. TinyUmbrella comes to the rescue and allows you to restore to older firmware . Apart from this TinyUmbrella is used to bypass many other errors .
TinyUmbrella is available for download for Mac , Windows and Linux . To download the latest version visit the official website
Currently @pod2g is in the process of releasing iPhone 4S and iPad 2 jailbreak on iOS 5.0.1 which is delayed due to some legal issues . As soon as the jailbreak is available for public we will update you with the same and hence it is important to save the SHSH blobs now .
