Samsung Sues Apple – Demands to See iPhone 5 & iPad 3 Prototypes

In the recent legal battle with Apple , Samsung lawyers demands to see the design of the next generation iPhone 5 and iPad 3 tablet . This comes in retaliation to an earlier copyright claim from Apple against Samsung which said it copied its design in its Galaxy line of tablets and phones . Samsung was then forced to submit its prototypes for inspection by the authorities .
Now Samsung wants to play the same hard-ball game and force Apple to show blueprints of its upcoming iPhone 4S [5] and iPad 3 . See the court documents below .

As we already know , Apple wants to keep their future releases a secret before the launch day , it would be interesting to see how they respond to this claim as we watch the corporate battle from sidelines .
