Backup Jailbreak Apps with aptbackup or pkgbackup tweaks available on cydia . Just search and install before you proceed with the jailbreak . After installation , create backup and it will be saved in a secure location on your phone. After re-jailbreaking , install the app again from cydia and this time click on Restore option. The app will then find and restore the old apps stored from earlier backup created by you .
