Apple has just released iPhone 5 with upgraded hardware and software . Here are the changes from its earlier version iPhone 4S . All differences are listed below . Also read our blog post about iPhone 5 review for more details .
Weight and Dimensions :

From the above stats you can clearly see that the iPhone now has become longer and thinner while weighing less than iPhone 4S .
Display

iPhone 5 has a longer screen and higher resolution . Apple claims that this is good for watching wide screen videos .
3G and Wireless Connectivity :

No changes in the primary camera here , only the secondary/front camera is upgraded for better resolution video and images . The front camera has been moved to the center .

Battery Life

Sim Cards :
iPhone 4S uses the usual Micro Sim . iPhone 5 will work only on Nano Sim cards . These sim cards are 40% smaller than the current generation micro sim used in iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 . Vodafone UK has confirmed in its blog that it has stocked as many as 500,000 of these for the iPhone 5 . No information available from AT&T US and other telecom operators .

The new lightening connector is faster than the old 30 pin connector, and with this you will never go wrong while connecting as it works both sides . Apple will also provide a converter adpater for those using older accessories which dont support the new 9 pins .
