@Pod2g the hacker behind iPhone 4 iOS 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak is holding back iPhone 4S and iPad 2 jailbreak due to some legal issues related to the distribution of the jailbreak tool. According to the information we have , the iPhone 4S untethered jailbreak exploit he is using requires a registered developer account for injecting the exploit into the device .

thats good but when will they work on 04.11.08 baseband? as thousands of iphone4 users r stuck with this freakin’ baseband..:(
not sure they going make any unlock for 4.11.08 baseband only jailbreak will be available on.Since 4.10.01 they was no available unlock made by them only gevey sim that
working until release ios 5.
Not since 4.10, since 2.10 was there no unlock. As a matter of fact, except for the original 1.59, that was on the original charge and really a develloper version, none of any BaseBands for the iPhone 4 and now the 4S ever has been unlocked. Since the middle of 2010. We are in 2012 right now.
I doubt that this will change for the current BaseBand.
But I can report; that it works very well, we did not encounter any proplems with it.

He said it is a RUMOR, and then stated that he will publicate something further if it is indeed authentic, he´s not deceiving ppl, he is just keeping this blog going. It would be just boring to hear about consolidated stuff, for that just go to the DevTeam blog, they only publish when it is real. Rumors are also nice, as long as you don´t treat them as anything more..
If if you want to hear rumors I have a bunch of rumors I can start spreading and then I’ll authenticate them when they actually come to fruition. That’s complete BS and not even close to any responsible journalism if this is the kind of blog that you want to hear from rumors well then I can’t help you.

By the way there is no credibility in rumor mongering. And I wasn’t complaining I was voiceing an opinion as you said yourself thank god the Internet is free which means I like you have a right to opinions. Your the who responded to my opinion which you have every right to do. we both can go back and forth about this subject but I will not I voiced my opinion you voice yours
Point taken. But when I don’t like for example a restaurant, I just stop going there, instead of coming back just to tell the owner off.
Pod2g just tweeted that planet being has made progress on the sandbox issues. and with the help of Jay Freeman a.k.a. Saurik they have made significant progress towards the A5 jailbreak. no timeframe has been given when the Untethered A5 jailbreak will be ready.
Point taken but I never said I didn’t like the website I was just voicing an opinion there’s a difference there! and besides, haven’t you ever gone to a restaurant that you didn’t like and decided to give them another chance? Just saying.
