iOS 10.3.2 Jailbreak

Many months back, Apple made a promise, that they would stamp out jailbreaking altogether and, since iOS 10 was released, the fact that we have only seen two jailbreaks, both limited in their use, seems to indicate that they may well be edging ahead in the jailbreak war. Certainly, the number of updates they have released have put a serious dent in the ability of teams like Pangu and Taig to produce a working utility but that doesn’t mean that they won’t be able to in the future. iOS 10.3.2 download [ext link] is now out and this may be the release that the teams have been waiting for.

Both of the jailbreaks come from Luca Todesco, an Italian developer who has called his utilities Yalu Jailbreak [ext link]. However, while he managed to update to provide a jailbreak for iOS 10.2, he has now said that he will not be updating to give us an iOS 10.3.2 jailbreak, nor will he be providing any public jailbreaks in the future. Currently, Yalu only supports 64 bit devices and that is now not going to change, leaving owners of 32-bit devices without a jailbreak to use.

When will the iOS 10.3.2 Jailbreak Be Ready ?

We can’t give you an answer to that at the moment. None of the jailbreak teams have come forward to say that they will be doing the honors although that doesn’t mean anything. Taig, PP and Pangu teams don’t like to shout about what they do, indeed the first time you hear of the jailbreak will be the day it is released, not a day earlier. With Todesco out of the picture now, it is down to one of these three teams, all reliable, to provide us with the iOS 10.3.2 jailbreak [ext link] but don’t expect it to be any time soon.

All of the teams are going to want time to examine iOS 10.3.2 to see what Apple has left them to get their teeth into, if anything and that will take time. There is also the question of whether they bother with this minor release or wait to see what Apple has planned for the future. iOS 10 will shortly be coming to the end of its release cycle and Apple will be turning their attention to iOS 11 which means we may get a jailbreak that will stand for a while without being patched.

For now, we have little alternative but to wait for one of the teams to come through with a new utility so follow us on Facebook and we’ll keep you up to date with all the latest iOS 10.3.2 jailbreak updates.
