Will Restore and Re-Sync with iTunes bring Installous Apps Back

I recently jailbroke my iphone 4 and itunes asked to transfer my Installous downloaded apps to itunes and it did so successfully.

Does this mean that when I restore the factory settings and re-sync my iphone to itunes, the apps (even the ones downloaded from installous but appears in itunes) , would be installed to my iphone ?
