Hi all, I want to upgrade my jailbreak to the newest version out, the 4.3.3, but there is so much info on this that my head is spinning !
I am on ATT, I believe this is referred to as tethered ? I am running version 4.0.1 and by modem firmware is 01.59.00 ( I think this is also called my baseboard or bb ? I have installed appsync for iOS 4.x+ through Cydia which I thought would allow me to sync my cracked apps on itunes, but I still don’t see these apps in my itunes. I also installed repo666 ‘s ultrasnow. I also backed up all of my blobs to my email.
It is my understanding that since I’m not unlocked I don’t have to worry about baseband being changed when I upgrade, right ?
So, now what ? I just let my itunes upgrade my to 4.3.3 ? Then, do I go to the redsnow website ?

Answer :
To backup apps use aptbackup app on Cydia. Rest you don’t have to worry about your baseband and phone getting unlocked . it will work fine if you are not dependent on an unlock . Use redsnow after upgrading via iTunes to 4.3.3 . Its best and quick method to jailbreak iphone 4 .
