Hey Bros i have the same trouble, and there’s nothing we can do, i found today this Message : ( Do Not Update to iOS 5.1 if you have the iPhone 4s or iPad 2. There is no 5.1 jailbreak currently available for the iPhone 4s and iPad 2 on iOS 5.1. For the iPhone 4, iPad 1, iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 4G, and iPhone 3G there is ONLY a Tethered Jailbreak 5.1 available but there is a Downgrade Jailbreak if you were previously jailbroken on 5.0.1. )) But a little late, if you found any, But ANY thing that may help me .
Actually restored my iphone 4G and now I have the modem firmware in 04,12,01, with a Pro Gevey card, so no signal is activated, you know when will get a new turbo sim GEVEY or to have my iphone again ? Thank you .

Read AT&T Unlock iPhone 4 04.12.01 . AT&T is now officially unlocking iPhone 4 without charge as long as you meet the criteria for the unlock . Alternatively you can use R Sim 4 Unlock for your iPhone 4 04.12.01 baseband

I have iphone and I am planning on jailbreaking and unlocking my iphone. I know every single bit of jailbreaking but about unlocking I am bit unsure. As per my knowledge there are two methods to unlock your idevice. First, is jailbreaking and unlocking and Second, is Gevey Sim. My query is we can use any one of the methods to unlock our iphone or we have to use both to unlock the iphone ?
