Would appreciate some advice. I have the latest iPhone 4 CDMA Verizon running 4.2.8 I ran the greenpoison jailbreak, and then realized that it only supports up to 4.2.6. The phone appears to be working fine. The “loader” app to install Cydia appears on the screen but doesn’t do anything and I can’t erase it.

So, here are my questions :

  1. Is it OK to leave the phone in its current state? It seems to run fine.
  2. If I want to run the Snowbreeze jailbreak (which does support 4.2.8) do I run it on the iPhone as is, or do I need to undo Greenpois0n ?
  3. If I need to undo Greenpois0n, do I just restore using iTunes? or do I need to first put the phone in DFU mode, download 4.2.6, and restore using the “right-click” restore and finding the file.
