TinyUmbrella Warning – Do Not Try Restoring Your Device

I upgraded my iPhone 4 to iOS4.2.1 and saved my .shsh using Tiny Umbrella. However, when I started Tiny umbrella, I got the following warning :

Cannot Start TSS Service DO NOT TRY RESTORING YOUR DEVICE ! httpd (PID:28) must be kill !

What does this mean and how do I do it ? I cannot find it on my computer. Any help is much appreciated.
