Stuck at DFU mode …wait – Limera1n Problem

Hi,

I have iPhone 3GS on the latest version of iOS . As the jailbreak for iPhone 3GS was released using limera1n I tried my luck to jailbreak my iPhone. But i am getting into trouble while jailbreaking my iPhone 3GS with limera1n. When I try to install limera1n i get to the point entering ” in DFU mode … wait” and then it stops. I do not get  anywhere after this .
