I bought an iPhone 4 from someone in France who claimed the phone has been unlocked to all networks. However when I tried to activate the phone using my microsim (carrier in the UK) on iTunes, it says the sim card is not supported.The phone version 4.2.1 and jailbroken (Cydia). Frustrated with the situation,  I then restored the phone to newer software version 4.3 and Cydia was removed. The result is still the same where I cant get the micro to work on my phone (no signal) and when I tried to connect it to iTunes, it says the sim card is not supported. Can anyone help me with this ? Many thanks

#Tip : To activate iphone 4 4.2.1 use Snowbreeze 2.2.1 . Since your device is upgraded to iOS 4.4 . Wait for the jailbreak tool release coming in few weeks  .
