Hi  , I have an iPad currently on iOS 4.2.1 but i upgraded it to ios 4.3.1 to run with Redsnow 0.9.6rc9 but when I installed some “jailbreak apps” it restarted and it crashed every time I pressed one of the applications and it would restart over and over again like a cycle. So my question is rc9 jailbreak is it untethered or not ? Because I could not restart it so i downgraded it again to 4.2.1 version firmware .
