I accidentally allowed iTunes to sync with my iPhone on my work computer and it deleted all the cracked (downloads from installous) apps on my phone. One of those apps was an app called camera+ and I had taken a few hundred photos that weren’t saved to the main camera roll.

Is there anyway to recover those potentially deleted photos and apps that were removed by iTunes ? And by the way , I know I can just go to installous and look at downloaded apps and just reinstall. However that won’t recover the photos that I had inside one of the apps.
