no sim card installed

Hello , Gevey Turbo Sim is not working. I do everything according to instructions, but after dialing 112 iphone says “No SIM card installed“. And after the airplane-mode ON, nothing happens. I have tried many times. iPhone 4 / 4.3.2 / 04.10.01 / Jailbreak / Russia.

Tell me please what is the problem.
