Problem with Facetime – Contact Cannot Use Facetime Error

After my jailbreak i can t use facetime feature on my iphone 4 . All is ok my number appear in general setting, facetime is enabled. But when I try to make a facetime call , connection failed appears . And when somebody tries to call me with Facetime you can read  “Your contact can not use Facetime “. What I can do about this ?
