I’m actually really interested in knowing if all of the pages offering to jailbreak and unlock the iPhone 4 running on ios 4.0.2 are some real or they are all full of sh… im desperate to find a jailbreak for my iPhone that I just bought for almost 800 bucks that I havent been able to use, and if there is a real one out there so I can get it !!

They are actually tricking you to believe that they can Jailbreak iOS 4.0.2 . But actually its for jailbreaking Iphone 3GS and lower version , not Iphone 4. So basically they are jailbreaking ios 4.0.2 , on iphone 3GS . Stay away from them , wait for jailbreak release alerts from our blog . You may join our FB Fan page for updates
thanks i thought so, but it gave me an ilusion that i could jailbreak it because its sad that i paid olmost 800 bucs for something that i cant use, ill be checking the web site often for updates and again thanks a lot !
How would i know which jailbreak for 4.0.2 is actually real.There are sites now that show you how.and some saying that you cant do it just yet.

Dont Buy From unlock4iphone[.]net
I have an iPhone 4 which came with iOS 4.0.2. Such a configuration is at this time NOT jailbreakable. I have purchased the “product” advertized at unlock4iphone[.]net where they explicitly state that iPhone 4 with stock installed iOS 4.0.2 could be jailbroken but it does NOT work so I can only recommend to stay away from purchasing such “products”. Also specifically for that website the support email addresses they’re listing do NOT work. Both:
service@unlock4iphone[.]net and support@unlock4iphone[.]net
do not exist and provide an SMTP error 550, user does not exist so there is no such thing as a money back guarantee. Everything else they advertize might actually work, however, not an iPhone 4 with 4.0.2 installed.
But even if it worked, they do not provide you any information that wouldn’t be availble on the internet through other channels for free.

If you had paid via Paypal , you could have saved from teh fraud. Paypal allows you to ask for a refund of your purchase

note 3gs 4.0.2 jailbreak not possible at the moment.
Hello guys I could not help but to read your comments and feel so bad I have been jailbreaking for about a year now and all the sites are scams please only get the latest info from dev team geohot etc…. The next jailbreak for 4.1 is called shatter and it may not be released until november when the 4.2 firmware drops but it suppose to be able to jailbreak your phone forever until apple changes hardware of the next iphone I have an iPhone 4 and tried to downgrade which is impossible because I could not have saved y ssh with the iPhone 4 which sucks because I got mine shipped right after 4.0.2 was. Released so I am screwed hope this helps.
