Subject: Zero Signal Range but the carrier name shows up : Gevey + Jailbreak

I was using Gevey sim on iPhone 4 (Baseband 2.10 and iOS 4.1) and it was working fine. But then i used Greenpois0n for jailbreaking. which did not went through and i had blank white loader icon. At that stage i tried to unlock the phone using gevey procedure. The procedure worked but i get only the carrier name (Vodafone IN) and all flat lines instead of signal bars.
Now i cannot call anybody (call fails) . Then i tried Limera1n for jailbreaking. Which worked fine and cydia worked fine. But now i cant make calls since i am Not getting any Signal . I just see the Vodafone IN name. and Zero Range/ Signal strength.
What should i do ? is it a known problem with Gevey sim + jailbreaking.

You have to jailbreak and install UltraSnow if you are facing trouble with Gevey Sim Unlock .
Related Problem : Signal Lost after Accept Screen Gevey SIM
Hi Friends , I’ve iphone 4 03.10.01 unlocked with Gevey SIM, I don’t know my Gevey SIM is fake or legit . Its works fine with Idea Cellular India, But problem is after few hours Accept Screen appears automatically & then my iPhone lost all of his signal that gained by doing the Gevey sim process. Signal Comes after Reboot or re-do the Gevey sim process.
Please help. Why accept screen appears after getting signals ? Its leads to signal lost. Please help.
Subject: Gevey Ultra can’t get Signal Bars

Gevey Ultra worked for 2 months, with few crashes (but I managed to make it work again), but this time I’ve been trying to do everything I read here for past 3 days. The first problem is that I actually never got one bar of signal and never could dial 112, but even when I skipped this step, it worked before. Now I get No SIM card installed and after that Sim failure (which is supposed to be good, right?) and then iPhone starts to search for signal, but it always ends up with No service. I tried million times. I’m using iPhone 4 with 5.0.1. and modem firmware 04.10.01. Also I can’t remove my sim pin, so I’m also fighting with constant unlocking during the process.
Thanks in advance
