Missing App Icons After Jailbreak & Sync

After I used limerain to jailbreak my iphone 4 , downloaded some apps, and sync’d my phone to iTunes. Now some of my apps, acquired before and after jailbreaking, are not appearing any more. If I search for the app, I can find it and launch it, but I cannot get it to appear on any screen or in any folder. They are all missing .

Any suggestions for my jailbreak problem?
