I have just been to America for just over two weeks. I have come back to a massive bill. What i can’t understand is that i did not surf the web and changed non of my settings from the UK. I get 5 or so emails a day. I opened a few but nothing substantial. Vodafone tells me i used 88mb of data during that time. Since coming back in the first 10 days in the UK and using more emails i have used 13mb. I just cant understand how this 88mb happened. any thoughts ?

this happend to me one time my bill got on 700 euro ******* its the iphone at nigh i belive if you have push on or a game open it can really be anything. so what you got to do is here :
with jailbreak : download sbsettings slide ur finger up in screen corner on phone press off the cellular network when ur out of town
without jailbreak: go to settings >general>network if you have ios 4 just press of phonedata if not go to phonenetwork and you see phonedata and your carrier name just sit a the number 2 right after carrier name that prevents it of getting datausage
Can I use a jailbroken iphone 4 overseas?

i have an iphone4,32 GB ,jailbroken on OS4.1 and firmware 01.59.00(8B117). The phone was working perfectly ok since july, but recently goes to “No service” and comes back to normal by itself,or stays in NO SERVICE mode untill I recycle the power. My other phone, a Nokia X-6 side by side along the apple,shows 4 bars of signal level, while the apple suddenly loses its signal and goes to NO SERVICE.Any ideas?
