I recently jailbroke my iPod Touch 64 gb with Limera1n. I downloaded cydia and everything was going fine, but cydia started causing problems on my ipod touch 4 , so I deleted it and tried to re-install it but it would not work. Then I restored my ipod, and tried again, and I still can’t jailbreak my ipod.What am I doing wrong in the jailbreak process.

Can somebody help me jailbreak my ipod ?

    I had a similar problem but found a solution! Turn off your iPod, then enter DFU mode. Then run redsnow.exe and do the stuff you did for the jailbreak. When you come to the ‘Install cydia’ and check boxes menu, untick all of them except ‘Just boot tethered right now’ and press next. Wait while it does it’s magic. A white screen and pineapple logo is fine.

    If you restpred ypu updated to the last version 4.2.1 and that means limera1n is not gonna work limera1n is for ios 4.1

    I have ipod touch 4g 32gb ,ios 4.2.1
    just rebooting it is not charging and not connecting to computer.
    windows 7
    when i connect it to computer i get
    device not recognized.
    help me please.

    My ipod says it has the cydia app installed when ever i try to install it but when i go i click the app it dosent let me go in there i automaticly sends me back to the menu
    How can i delete the Cydia app and Re- Install it?

    I was doing limera1n and my computer shut down in the middle of it!! now limera1n isnt helping its just saying (waiting for device) but the device is in recovery mode!! and i tried restoring it on itunes but it says theres an error!! please help?
