Carrier Name : Verizon

Hi, I am being stalked by someone from my past. I have had bizarre issues with my recent cell phones. With my iphone 4s. Data is being used when i am connected to wi-fi, also this person has gotten to my phone without my authorization. I install app System Status and found Racoon & sandboxd running which was not there before. Can i send you a copy of log to analyze ? I need help in knowing if it is jailbroken with spyware installed. Also, is this an offense worth pursuing prosecution for ?

Thanks , L
