At least once a day my phone switches itself off and I cannot switch it back on. I have to get to a power source and plug it in and then it restarts. I do not have to insert my sim pin either after this unscheduled switch off. This is so annoying. The battery still has plenty of power in it and I do not use my phone while it charges , which can shorten the battery life. I have had the phone from new for 5 months and look after it very carefully.
