Hi, guys! I’m having a horrible day. First, my iphone 4 bricked on me after downloading the new Facebook app this morning and secondly, the Texas Rangers lost. Anyways So I have an iphone 4 jailbroken with GreenPoison . I tried downloading the new Facebook app from the apple store. After 15 minutes the Facebook app was still “installing” on my phone. I thought there was something wrong so I restarted my phone. Next thing you know my iphone was rebooting continuously after the green posi0n’s skull logo.
Then I read on some forums to connect the phone to the computer via usb cable and let it sit. So I left it connected to the computer and an hour later when I came back it had the “connect to iTunes” logo.
I tried to restart the phone after that but as soon as the Apple logo disappear the connect to itunes logo appear again. I have been trying to find the solution to this problem for an entire day. I really don’t want to restore the phone. I have a lot of important contacts and information that I can’t afford losing.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Answer :
Try and use latest redsnow to get your device out of Recovery Mode available under Extras option on latest Redsnow .
