Installous Apps Not Working

I upgraded to iOS 4.1 2 days ago. Everything was working great. I installed some apps just this morning and now I got home, tried to install a few more and got this msg :

It’s like Install0us is not working. I’ve tried reinstalling it, removing and reinstalling, restart the iPhone and I still get that msg. The only thing I can come up that could be related is that I installed “Iphone Browser” on my PC this afternoon and copied my photo folder and I upgraded the “iPhoneDelievery” Cydia app.
