Initially, after jailbreaking my iphone 4 iOS 4.1 firmware I was able to download cracked apps from Installous using either my 3G data or wifi connection. But a few days later, I’m not able to download apps from installous anymore ! What happens is whenever I’m connected to 3G data connection, this message shows up when i try to download an app, “API error Permission Denied” and only a “Launch from Apple store” link is shown.
Here are the set of errors I am getting . Please check the screenshots below .
I can’t see those other links such as filedude , fileape , zshare or mediafire. However, when I’m on wifi connection, I can download without any problems. So please help ! what should I do ?

Installous API Unavailable Error means the Installous App on your device is unable to communicate with Apptrackr servers . Apptracker is a web based version of Installous which allows you to download IPA files [AppStore App Installation Files] directly on your computer .
How to Fix Installous API Unavailable Error :
Method 1 : Open the url Apptrackr.org in your Mobile Safari browser. It is possible that your internet service provider has blocked this webpage or Apptracker website is down due to server overload as the rising number of jailbroken devices . You need to wait for before Apptracker server is fixed and goes live again.
Method 2 : Installous API Permission Denied error means your IP address has been blocked at Apptrackr.org . This can be a temporary or a permanent ban because of excessive use of Installous app which makes download/search request to the server also called API Calls. To many from a single device can get you banned .
1. Renew your dynamic ip by restarting the wifi router modem or turning on/off Airplane Mode if you are on 3G Network .
2. Use a proxy server to access internet. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Network and choose your HTTP Proxy by tapping on the Manual button.
