What at are the proper steps to take if your phone is already jailbroken and a new iOS version comes out ? Do you restore, update and then jailbreak with the new released jailbreak ? How do you get all of your jailbreak apps back ? Many thanks for your help .

Before you jailbreak make sure to back up old apps via iTunes and AptBackup [for cydia apps]. After you have jailbroken , install AptBackup from cydia and tap in “Restore” button.
