Q. | Folders Disappear after a Sync with iTunes |

I lose all folders and the items in them get scattered all over, after I sync. Then iTunes reports a ‘folder cannot be found‘ and terminates the sync from that point. I didn’t have this problem until last week and my phone has been jailbroken for several weeks now. Does anybody else have this problem or have a clue? I have a lot of items/apps and it’s a real pain to re-organize them.
I really need help with this mystery!

Hi, i just used GP RC5 to JB my iphone 4 which was already JB on ios 4.1.
After backup & upgraded to 4.2.1, all the apps are scattered. How to get back the Folders?.

You may have checked a box called something like: “manually manage folders and apps etc.” in iTunes before hitting the sync button. My friend is report an issue with 4.3 10.2.1 also, but different to this. She can’t view apps on iTunes on her iPad with sync cable plugged in and when she synced last night apps got deleted.
