On my Jailbroken 4.3.3 and iphoneislam Facetime Activator hacked iPhone 4 the FaceTime works perfectly within Oman but fails to connect when calling anyone in Canada. Do the people in Canada also need to have iphoneislam hack on their iPhones to connect or is it an issue with carriers or ports ?

The SMS sent was received and still connection drops after trying for a few minutes.
