Cannot Remove Cydia

I’ve tried to Remove Cydia by restoring my iphone through itunes following the How to Remove Cydia Tutorial , but it keeps on saying that my phone is not eligible for this action. I want to Remove Cydia completely from my phone, since I don’t use it and I hate that I can’t power off my phone whenever I want to.

#Tip : To get untethered jailbreak , use Greenpoison 4.2.1 Jailbreak tool and turn on and off your device whenever you want .
