Dear Guys, I have jail broken my iPhone 4 and I have many apps and songs on it . Whats the best way to back up my apps on my PC and my MAC and to synchronize them. Is there a way other than iTunes to do that ? Once you sync with iTunes , I can’t sync with another computer and when I sync with my Mac it says it will remove everything on my iPhone. Please help me regarding with this issue !!

What I can’t tell you is how long it wll take you to copy your files from your device. It’s been almost 24 hours since I connected my iPhone 4 (1.59/4.3.3) to iFunbox, and it has shown 97.1% of 5.81gb copied / 5 mins remaining, for the last 12 hours. It has NOT stopped copying, though, as I have taken screenshots to confirm the file names are changing !
