Hello, I have been searching the web for a solution on how to unlock my new phone. I bought in USA and I am in Europe. I did not have time to wait 3 weeks for the unlocked versions unfortunately. Here i am at a mercy of some one who can help me unlock this device. Initially place sold it to me told me there are places where they could unlock , but it was not so. I am in search of a way to unlock the phone. I do not really care all the extra features i can install etc. I want to use any one’s SIM card to call. I am a novice so i do not understand all the technical terms. Any help ?

Currently iPhone 4S Unlock is being developed by iPhone Dev Team . You can read the details about the progress here . It is a software based unlock which means you have to jailbreak iPhone 4S to install the unlock which will be labelled Ultrasn0w .
