Question Posted by : Huong
Hi there,
At first, I got a second-hand iphone 4. I don’t know what the past user did with it as I couldn’t delete anything or moved some apps back and forth. I even tried to delete or moved with itunes. Or try to do the same in Cydia if some were installed by that. And problems still persist.
Nothing about pass code lock or restriction could find in General. And when I found a nice game to download from App Store, there was no “Install” button at all ?
Now I got the new one, international version, iOS version 4.1. And when I opened itunes, something asked about restore with the old iphone 4 and I did it and now I got the same problem on the new one .
I upgraded to version iOS 4.2 to restore it as factory installment [ as instructed from summary of device ] and it said Cannot be restored . An unknown error occurred 3194 .
What should I do ? I’m just so unlucky. And to be honest, I’m not good at technological stuffs. Is there any way to renew it like the brand new I just got ?
Thanks , Huong
