I had done jail break partially for iphone 4 version 4.3.5 and was very happy using it suddenly it stopped working n was off now wat to do cause am on business trip help me out .

You are running tethered jailbreak on 4.3.5 . You need to download Redsnow and click just boot tethered right now as shown in the screen below .
Download Redsnow in your computer and try this .
