Steps to Install :
- Launch Cydia from your jailbroken iPhone 4.
- Tap on the Search tab and search for Five Icon Dock.
- Tap on Five Icon Dock and then on the Install button to download and install it on your device .
- Respring your device for the changes to take place .

Does not work on my iPhone 4 4.0.1, 4.0.2, and 4.2.1.
It does.
After installing ,dont think that fifth icon will appear by itself.
U hve to drag the app u want to dock and it will accomodate there.
it doesn’t work. tried to drag it. 10 times… same result.

I could not get this to work and send an email to the developer who responded ‘don’t email me.’
Do not support developers like this. There are more professional developers out there who offer better apps that actually work and provide polite service.
I want to apologize – I confused the five Icon Dock with the Five Icon Switcher.

This currently doesn’t work with brand new iphone 4 on iOS 4.2.1. I’m not sure if it’s this app or the Mobile Substrate that screw up the phone. I did it 3 times after JB-ing it and my phone went dead @ the apple logo and have to restore it again.
So don’t try it if you want to use the phone for now.
Works well on 4.2.1, as GP said just drag app to dock. (Don’t forget to press and hold to toggle apps!)
It works just fine for me as well. As guys mentioned, won’t work unless you drag the fifth icon to the dock bar…
Six icon dock is even better
