Steps to Enable Facetime over 3G on iPhone 4S -4 :
- Jailbreak iPhone 4S iPhone 4
- Launch Cydia and tap on Search tab
- Type 3Gvenice and search .
- Under results select 3Gvenice and tap on Install button
- Reboot your phone
- Toggle Facetime over 3G from Settings menu. There are no icons created for this tweak
