Redsn0w 0.9.15b2 has been released to support untethered jailbreak on iPhone 3GS running iOS 6 with old bootrom . If you have already jailbroken using Redsnow 0.9.15b1 , simply re-run the jailbreak using Redsnow again. There is no need to restore to get un-tethered jailbreak . Note for UltraSn0w Users :
You have to preserve baseband to unlock using UltraSnow . Since UltraSn0w has not be updated to support iOS 6 , there is a fix for it called UltraSnow Fixer 6.0 that will make it work . You can read the complete tutorial here .
