Now you can add widgets on your iPhone , iPad and iPod Touch homescreen with this new jailbreak tweak named Dashboard X . Created by jailbreak apps developer Ori Kadosh , this tweak allows you to take existing widgets created for Notification Center and position them anywhere on your iPhone home screen (image below) .
Dashboard X is a standalone screen that appears via a transparent window overlaying your home screen (see video below). You can directly add widgets here just as you can with the home screen. Drag and place them anywhere you want . With the introduction of Dashboard X we are expecting the development of many more widgets applications for jailbroken devices bringing useful and engaging widgets for jailbreak users .

To download Dashboard X you have to first jailbreak your iPhone 4 and install Cydia . On Cydia you have to search “Dashboard X” and install . The app is available in ModMyi repository for $1.99.
